I rushed threw the thread but what needs to be molded? What makes it a 3-piece kit? Sorry - maybe I just missed something.

Where the red line is in this picture, is a separate piece on each side.

Kinda odd that it's like that. Didn't keep up with the R&D thread though, so I don't know the thought process behind it.

Cant believe that little piece can cause such an ordeal. Do you know what the cost difference would have been if it came 1 piece through the other shipping method?
