I got 5% window tint, tail lights tinted really dark and blacked out headlights with 8000K HID's. Never been pulled over. I thought i was going to be pulled over the other day, cuz a cop was right on my rear bumper. And then i took a second look in my mirror and his lights were on, then when a lane opened up to my left he flew past me. Anyways heres pics of mine.
