Default Fog Light + Wireless Camera

Alright,

After much thought I have finally decided what I want to do.

I would like to install the Fog Light and a Wireless Camera at the same time. There is already an existing cable to my Fog Light placeholder on the 2010 models. Someone pointed out that this wire runs all the way to the passenger side panel. I plan to also install a wireless camera in the little square area above the Fog Lamp and have it power by the Fog Lamp. Whenever I want to turn the camera on, I will also turn on the Fog light, this will provide extra light for the camera also. The advantage of this is that there is no wiring required in the back of the car at all!

I have the NAV system, so I have A/V inputs in the car. But of course they don't work while the car is in motion.

My question for you guys is, how do I disable this feature? How can I enable the A/V inputs while the car is in motion?

EDIT:
See you have the stock NAV, this might be a lot harder to foul

As for no wires needed in the back, you still need to run the video cable from the camera, or are these wireless?

I plan to use a very small 2.4GHz wireless camera. For power, I can use the existing Fog Light cables, so I don't need to take the rear of the car apart at all.

Look here: Factory Back up camera

It seems the Nissan one auto switches on reverse. So I would ask there how they hooked it up and hook it up the same way.

Those guys have a box that connects to the NAV connectors (which I don't even know where it is!)

I was looking for a solution where I can use the existing A/V inputs...
