Yes the fitment is ****, its like the bumper is about 1-2 inches too big. Anyway, if you have the V1 under shroud components, I had Z speed, it will bolt on. IDK WTF is an OE Splash Pan, I am thinking it's their excuse for a part that does not fit correctly.

I’ve never had a problem with the stillen front bumper. My body shop bondo’d the two small pieces to make the bumper a one piece and also filled in the front where the emblem would go to provide better support. I’ve had mine now for over 7 years. I did hear many problems that others had and that puzzles me to this day.
