Default standalone BCM

Hello guys,

I'm planning to swap my engine and I'm questioning about all electronic.
Most functions (lights, windows, doors..) are managed by the BCM, so I would like to know if someone succeeded to keep it works without ECU (with or without IPDM).

annoter option is to replace the BCM.
I have identified my mandatory items:
- mandatory on the street : all lights, turn signals, horn, rear fog light, DRL, washer/wiper
- windows : open/close and when you open the door it goes down a little bit
- ...do you think I missed something ?

any idea about how to replace the BCM ?
