Use some fishing line and saw back n forth behind the emblem kinda like flossin your teeth. Works every time and no scratches.
 Worst case you'll need a little adhesive remover to clean up what's left. Oops... Just looked at your pic. My technique only work on the big hideous plastic emblems some dealers stick on. Your's just looks like vinyl letters. Peel off with your finger nail and just clean up any residue after.
