My sister's 2020 Z has an OEM rear view mirror with a back-up camera but no Homelink. There's a 2017 mirror on fleabay that appears to be the same size

There's a 2017 mirror on fleabay that appears to be the same size with back-up camera and Homelink. Looks like a simple replacement. Any issues? Will it work or is there something else needed? Thanks.
