Canada DRL always on

Yes, I guess Canada requires to have all cars’ headlights to be on at all times. And since my car was previously owned in Canada, it has this feature equipped.

And since my car was previously owned in Canada, it has this feature equipped. I’ve heard I can get my ECU flashed. When I go to my tuner in a few weeks, I’ll ask him.
