Default Door rattle

So I just recently got a 2010 z and the driver side door has a pretty bad rattle. This is only happening while listening to music and Ive turned the base down to -2 as well. The z has stock speakers non bose. The dealership actually replaced the driver side speaker because I complained but the rattle is still there. I decided to open the door today to see where it's coming from but I couldn't get past the two clips holding the part to the window and the noise is behind it. I circled where the noise is coming from. I also attached the pic of the clips I couldn't open. If anyone has any idea how to get to it or another fix for it I would appreciate it! http://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/5e71722c...317_193221.mp4

Most of the Z’s I’ve seen in 2010 do not display any excessive interior noise. Was your Z ever involved in a accident?

They are just a couple of rivets. Drill them out. Check the FSM for the appropriate bit size.

IIRC, someone posted a DIY (don't remember if there were pics or not) about R&Ring the window motor.

Default Bass Rattle

I am experience a similar mid to low bass rattle that I originally thought was in the door panel. I have a custom fully upgraded system and one of my audio techs thought it might be in the window regulator vibrating and suggested a major dynomax door installation. Your rivet area is interesting and I will check this out on my car and pass it on to my audio guys. Thanks for sharing I will let you know of any future updates or progress

I'm not sure if you found them or not but in the upper portion of the door, there are to stickers/covers that reveal 2 more screws. The panel with the window regulator comes out at a downward angle after you unscrew them. You do not need to drill those rivets out. I ran into the same problem when my door lock actuator broke and I needed to remove the panel to get to it.
