Tiny chips around fender?

Does anyone else have these? They aren't big at all, maybe about the size of the tip of a pen. I have a few on each of my fenders. They

They aren't big at all, maybe about the size of the tip of a pen. I have a few on each of my fenders. They are all towards the bottom of the fender near the wheel arch.
