If you are talking about the actual wheelwell liner, then yes I'm pretty sure that's fairly normal, esp if you have the sport package. The Potenzas tend to kick up

The Potenzas tend to kick up a ton of rocks, pebbles, etc. Maybe someone else can chime in though.
