It could be original and repaired/repainted and whoever did the work just didn't replace the vin sticker. Or it could be a replacement. I'm guessing replacement. Cause the sticker outline is still present.

From the picture, there's definitely been work done. Can't tell with the lighting but it looks like there is a sticker there but it was painted over. Also the plastic "rivets" along the top edge of the bumper are NOT the factory style.

It looks like that sticker is a different shape then OEM.

Yep, the two on the ends appear to be factory but all the other one's aren't.

And they certainly took it to a cheap body shop to fix it. What a crap job.

I thought your question was if the bumper was OEM. That's still debatable.

No just wanted to know if the paint was mismatched. I tried to change the title in advanced, but it doesn't change it outside the post. Thanks for the help boys and girls !
