Hello, I was removing the trunk actuator to see if it was the cause of a grinding noise. I put everything back less the actuator so I can test it

Trunk Closed and Actuator Removed! Please Help!
Hello,
I was removing the trunk actuator to see if it was the cause of a grinding noise. I put everything back less the actuator so I can test it to see if the sound went away, but now I cant get the trunk open. I tried the manual release under the trunk mats inside the car, but nothing is happening? My car is a 2017 if it makes any difference. Thank you for any help you can provide. |
