Yeah, they're pretty useless. I haven't done mine yet but I think white lithium grease would work well.

Like Patrick said... they're not going to. Enough people buy it and don't complain so there is no need for them to fix it.

I'm still waiting on my red reverse lockout cable that Donatas promised me for helping them with all the measurements and test-fitting but yeah, I expect pigs to fly before that happens.

However for the fix, I used white lithium grease. Any decently thick and long lasting grease should work but make sure to use a lot.
