In my experience aftermarket parts were covered by the other person's insurance company. They paid for the diffuser and rear spats. They will not pay for the Nismo bumper. Only

In my experience aftermarket parts were covered by the other person's insurance company. They paid for the diffuser and rear spats. They will not pay for the Nismo bumper. Only OEM. You have to work that out with your body shop. PM me if you'd like. I can share in detail how I did it.
