Ikon motorsports: anyone used them?

Ikon motorsports has pre-painted Nismo spoilers for a pretty good price. Just curious if anyone has ever gotten one from them and how good is the quality and install?

I just installed the nismo style spoiler from Ikon about 2 weeks ago. No instructions came with it but its a very easy install, if you need more info on the install i can help you out. Four screws and i put some double sided 3m tape under it just for extra support. Looks great, paint matches perfectly.

I've been curious about this as well. The problem is that my 2016 Nismo spoiler has about 8000 extra holes I really like the pre 2015 Nismo spoilers though.

I have the ikon front lip. No instructions, but it was easy enough to install and looks pretty good. It came slightly bent. I had no issues bending it into shape during installation though.

I messaged ikon on eBay a few days ago about installation of that front lip. Their reply was a bit generic, but basically said to get a shop to do it. At that point I lost interest and moved on...

So you were able to install fairly easily? Cutting? Drilling?

Thanks!

Do you think it will help to fill the gap for 14 sport z bumper and Nismo splitter? See my post here:
[Help needed!] How to fill the gap between front bumper and splitter?
Thank you!

It was fairly easy - two hours tops because I'm a bit neurotic about positioning. You will have to drill (or use self tapping screws) to attach it on the bottom of the bumper.

I don't think it will, it's specifically made for the 09-12 bumper. It will also stick out too far for that actual splitter.

Sounds easy enough. Thanks

I just purchased the '13 3 piece lip from them (should be here end of this week). The Z is in storage but I'll definitely reply back when I have time to test fit it.

I have one of their 09-13 lips, and had the same issues with it being bent.. got it mostly straight, but still wasn't enough for tape to stick (my guess is it would eventually stick if I double or triple layered the tape). I did eventually mount it with just the brackets but there were slight gaps.

Also, the included hardware wasn't enough, the rivets were too small and didn't hold it in, I had to get nuts and bolts to hold the bracket to the lip (the self-tapping screws were fine to attach the brackets to the car though). Ended up looking a bit funny having four big gold nuts visible on the front of the car..

I reckon the spoiler would work out better though, it's a bigger piece, and would likely be more sturdy than the lip.

Test fit was decent for the '13 lip. Some slight modifications will be needed. And the center piece will still have white between the grille and the lip section. I think its worth 130 bucks I paid for it.

Also, I picked up a nismo spoiler from the spoiler company on eBay. Prepainted too. Test fit looks great and paint matched perfectly.
