Tech Package Screen Turn off

I know it is possible to turn off the display and lower the brightness but I can still see the back light lighting up the display. Is there a way

Default Tech Package Screen Turn off

I know it is possible to turn off the display and lower the brightness but I can still see the back light lighting up the display. Is there a way to make it totally dark or off?
