Check with a Nissan dealer. I had to replace the fuel door on my 2012 Gun Metallic Z; it came painted. And things like the mud guards come painted already too. |

From what I've found so far, they don't come painted.
You can buy the covers separately, but not painted. https://www.courtesyparts.com/oem-pa...MtN2wtdjYtZ2Fz I looked at the ones that I have and I'm guessing the mount and the mirror could be separated, but I imagine you have to pull out the actual mirror to be able to reach any connections. Purely speculating because it's not obvious when you look at the mirror.
