LED out behind Tach...options?

I noticed a led out on my tach. It's the one that lights up the lower right corner behind the 9 on the tach and where it says RPMX1000. I

It's the one that lights up the lower right corner behind the 9 on the tach and where it says RPMX1000. I guess I could ignore it but my ocd won't let me I saw a video on a 350z gauge removal but couldn't find anything on the 370. Are they the same to remove? What are my options and replacing led's looks pretty involved. I've beat on the dash to no avail Any help is appreciated.
