At the very least this guy is running a business with absolutely no capital and is using money from new orders to fulfill old orders, which is still a ponzi scheme. I would take his board sponsorship away. It's not right to allow him to keep putting more members in jeopardy of being taken advantage of.
It's kinda like what the federal government does with our social security deductions, isn't it? i.e., the money we're putting into social security today is being used to pay out ss recipients now. And by the time we retire and go to withdraw, the system will most likely be bankrupt and our money will be gone. Eh, sorry I don't mean to take us off topic. I just couldn't help but notice the similarity of the situation is all.
