Tire rubbing on CS fenders with Moonbeam

I'm pretty sure CarbonZ is sporting fly1 fenders... Notice how sharp the corner of the vent is on his fender and the CS are curved. Here's a shot of their

Here's a shot of their v2 fenders right off the CS website. The wheel looks like its behind the fender...
