300 on ebay, but got lucky, guy wanted I think 400+ and I negotiated down and had to pay via PayPal outside of eBay to save him on fees

Stop? i had a dealer replace it, and added benefit is that they couldn't reset miles on the odometer, so i'm at 7K miles

Apparently to reset the miles the gauges they need to be sent out somewhere...

I would get the odometer issue taken care of quickly. A quick search would indicate under federal law odometer fraud is a felony.

yea i should have mentioned that dealer placed a sticker on door to indicate miles difference:

Failing to attach a written notice of odometer replacement to the left door frame of the vehicle, or removing or altering such a notice.
