So, we've been over this many times on this forum, let me give my 2 cents.
This is a "kill switch" type system that every single Power dealershit installs, maybe others do too. I discussed with people, Nissan, the guys who uninstalled it, and they said this is probably for high risk customers and Power seems to install them IMMEDIATELY. When I had mine taken out, the guy was impressed. He said they could turn off the car remotely, lock and unlock doors, and roll up and down the windows
