Turn signal problem

So I've been at work and haven't been able to do anything with the car but odd enough it started today without issue and I haven't done anything to it

Dashboard came on and everything. The service engine soon light came on and it has code "PO603 Internal Control Module Keep Alive Memory (KAM) Error." Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
