HELP Interior lights don't work

I've had the same problem for a couple months. I asked the service department at my local dealership and they have no clue without me paying them to run diagnostics

I asked the service department at my local dealership and they have no clue without me paying them to run diagnostics on it. It initially happened when I put an multimeter to the LED in the ambient light. Please let us know if you find a solution because it's driving me crazy.
