Nismo Shift Knob
I have a Nismo and it looks like mine.. The leather is smoother and softer than the standard model.

You can see a huge price difference: https://conceptzperformance.com/niss...30a_p_7659.php I was able to remove my Nismo knob without any damage when I installed my TK knob.
