I'm about to face the fact that I'll never get to Zaino my Z to achive "perfection" short of having the hood reshot...again.....and even then zaino wouldn't have done squat to protect it from this crap. This is probably something the clearbra would have protected, but, then again, I don't like the idea behind a bra of any type...it's just another layer of crap on the car that will eventualy look bad, and have to be replaced, and the underlying paint will look clean, fresh, and new (ideally), while the rest of the car's paint...well, doesn't!

Whatever chipped the paint also managed to put a small nick in my headlight just before it hit the hood. Now for the debate - do I:

A) Leave it alone
B) Try a paint chip system (Dr. ColorChip, LANGKA, etc)
C) Drop some touchup paint in the chip to hidew the gray, and leave it be
D) Have a body shop repair the chip (drop fill and blend)
E) Have the body shop REALLY repair the chip (repair it and shoot clear)

For now, it doesn't hurt anything to leave it be, and doesn't cost me anything...so that's what I'll do whil I mull it over and decide what to do, if A doesn't set well with me...

So, what would you do?
