Does it seem like this kind of scratch is fixable myself? Like I said it's pretty deep. I was thinking about getting this kit here for $70 and fixing it

I'm even thinking about just using a touch up pen (starting with a primer paint pen then rubbing compound, adding paint with paint pen and finishing with clearcoat then rubbing compound) because of where it's located, but let me know if that's a bad idea it says on websites that they are used for small scratches so I'm wondering if it'll do the job or not.
