EVO-R foglight rapid flashing

Mine flashes rapidly. I don't mind it and haven't gotten in trouble for it even with police behind me but I'm in Fla. I think its how you wire it

Mine flashes rapidly too and I've had so many police behind me and they dont do anything. I even drive with blue halos before it gets dark and no trouble. I live by a police station lol
