Looking for fender part

Does anyone know the retainer that this bolt goes into?

When I replaced my front bumper, it fell out. It was a white plastic piece that goes into the fender and helps hold the bumper and fender together. I checked courtesynissanparts, but I didn't see the piece.

It's part of the front bumper
