Door panel dent

Hi had my car at the bodyshop they dented my interior door panel is there any way to fix this ? theres 2 dime size dents i cant get it

Door panel dent

Hi had my car at the bodyshop they dented my interior door panel is there any way to fix this ? theres 2 dime size dents i cant get it to show on camera

He said it will go back to shape there foam behind it.
