MY 3 piece CF front lip only came with two screws and three bolts. How is everyone installing these? and as far as the DTRL. I know I have to

How is everyone installing these? and as far as the DTRL. I know I have to drill a hole and screw in one end of the DRL into the bumper but how is everyone mounting the other end. all it has is a threaded bolt sticking out?. Was I not shipped something important I needed to complete this install? thanks BeemaaZ likes this.
