Finally got it working. Looking at the pad she sits on, the covering had the pad vectored in, we opened it up and put the sensor inside. Worked right away.

Finally got it working. Looking at the pad she sits on, the covering had the pad vectored in, we opened it up and put the sensor inside. Worked right away.
So maybe the sensor needs a soft surface under it for all little sensor point the be hit more evenly. Not sure, just really glad to have this fixed, was about the give up. Thanks for everyone's ideas. I did try flipping the wife but that didn't work .
