Use your insurance man, that what its for, I would never come out of pocket for anything and I pay my premiums on time every month especially if you were not at fault. I would sue the mom just for the hell of it, call me wrong if you like, but no way in hell am I paying my deductible and having my car damaged and her and her fat *** son gets off with nothing. zefaulter likes this.
