Bringing this back a year later lol......
I am in the same boat, looking to do away with the reverse section in the tails. The only reason being that I'd like the "all red" look. So I'm looking to either use an overlay, or VHT paint to do it. A buddy of mine did it to his WRX and it looked awesome. As far as my reverse, I just ordered iJDM's rear light that includes a reverse section. It can be wired so it incorporates; a running / fog light, a break light, and the reverse light. After that's installed I plan to paint the white section, so the entire tail light is red. Any thoughts / opinions?
