Enabled Daytime Running Lights with lights on

I've been wanting to do this for a while... Only thing I like about them not being on with the headlights is when you flash the high beams they alternate.
Do you have the link to the place to got this info? Maybe a step by step pictures? Thanks

Here is the link I used to do it. Really simple. Once I read it I instantly went out to do it.
