I see that it says something about the tubes soft mounted to the heatshields, but I don't see any heatshields in that picture. Have you opened a box to see

I see that it says something about the tubes soft mounted to the heatshields, but I don't see any heatshields in that picture. Have you opened a box to see what these look like in person? Does it include some kind of heatshield?
