Idle Issue (P0300), and weird noise.

I have reset the code and it came back after like 20min of driving. I just changed my oil (irrelevent) and changed my spark plugs. I started the car and the light is still on and it was idling kind of rough. I am going to clean my Maf's and try to reset the light tonight or tomorrow and see if that helps. I have AEM intakes. My old plugs didn't look too bad. The car only has 47k on it, 2010 Z Touring.
