Its normal, but if the car doesn't have redline transmission oil in it, i do recommend it using nissan recommended weight.

Yeah it can be like that in low rpm and it's worse when it's cold. Just pull it up to around 3k before shift. After it warms up it should be a little smoother.

I don't know if that is normal. It is very cold here in Chicago and other than having a little trouble getting 1st gear when I first start driving on a cold day, I don't have any problems in other gears. Revs don't seem to affect it and I have OEM transmission oil.

It's something you get used to. I have crunches and clunks when its cold and I live in Florida. Unless I'm starting it up when its 80-90 degrees out, it takes a few minutes to smooth out. Shift around 3k.

My shifts are always notchy. Got a 2014, although my tranny has about 2k on it now.

Change the fluid and get a weighted shift knob, it will make a huge difference.

On some threads on here there are reviews for switching to redline fluid for the tranny. Some people posts they like it and others didn't because it made the gearbox worse. Some said they went back to oem. I don't have time at the moment to post a link, but I can tonight.

Blox is a good brand, TWM is also another good brand, fatboy, this is a replica TK, and a weighted Nismo knob should be all better than stock as in weight.
