I only got an evap code today no abs or trans code

You need to address and fix the evap code. A healthy car does not have recurring codes. You have a leak somewhere. Go find it and fix it.

Not only is it "tacky" to run around with errors, it may be polluting that fine NJ air. Plus, I don't think one can pass a state emission test with errors showing; will have to be fixed before the next inspection.

yeah its at nissan and all the damn codes came back 3 abs and a friggin trans code that shouldnt even be on because it has to do with a tcm which is only in auto...p0700. whatever. my tuner said the right file and rom and everything was put on going back to what 1slow370 was saying. well jus have to wait and see .

Can you ask him to reflash the ROM he put on just to make sure?
