As others have said this will not void your warranty. The most the dealer could get away with is saying no to a claim if it was caused by the LSD.
As far as who to go to for the install, the answer is simple. Z Speed. They're in the Dayton area which according to your location is where you are. Joe there installed my Quaife back in April and really took care of me. I'd also probably replace the diff mount bushing while you're in there as the factory bushing is prone to failure.
