Transmission Grind 1st Gear

Does anybody know if track use or burnouts could cause this?

no, not unless you are consistently letting off the clutch too early and grinding into gear. i cant really think of too many scenarios where driving hard would break the gear teeth and not the clutch. its most likely a manufacturing defect of some sort.
