Default Spark plugs recommendation - 09 370z -DD

Hello, I'm new to this forum so i apologize if i place this post in wrong section.

just got my 09 370z sport package with 60k that I'm using as a daily driver, so I'm working on replacing a few things here and there including spark plugs, after goggling and searching on this forum, i can't find a clear recommendation post on which spark plugs would be sufficient for my need.
I don't use my car to track or anything just daily commute. Thanks in advance

ps. I've used NGK iridium in the past on my previous cars, would those be sufficient or would i need a specific brand for a 370z?

I went stock plugs, they weren't cheap, but there are not a lot of options for the '09 from what I found. Also if your going to do them yourself get the TB gaskets, that's about all you will need.

Factory should be NGK double platinum plugs. You shouldn't need to change them until 90,000 miles.
