I have a 2010 and it whines all the time (electrical sounding). You can hear it when the stereo is off and when you turn the car off. I think

You can hear it when the stereo is off and when you turn the car off. I think it's mostly the fuel pump when car is off cause it's louder than at start up. I haven't had any issues and the car is pushing 34K.
