Mysterious Chirping Sound

It's a good idea to look at the tick marks on the idle pulley to see if the pointer is past the middle, that indicates belt stretch/wear. Doesn't sound like

Doesn't sound like it's a idle pulley/belt because those go noisy and don't get better.
