I started smelling gas in my AC vents and under hood. I thought it might have been the Fuel pressure regulater, or line and ended up being 2 injector O-rings

I thought it might have been the Fuel pressure regulater, or line and ended up being 2 injector O-rings I have 75K miles. I had them replace all of them. It was covered under warranty. What would cause them to fail like that? I have been getting gas with 10% ethanol by my house the past few months
