I didn't really see anything about the before. does the jwt clutch kit help reduce the stock clutch travel? i heard a heavier pressure plate help reduce the clutch travel,

JWT clutch kit & clutch travel
I didn't really see anything about the before.
does the jwt clutch kit help reduce the stock clutch travel? i heard a heavier pressure plate help reduce the clutch travel, if so how much does jwt reduce it by? thx
