If you have to replace anything on the passenger side then you have to replace everything on the passenger side. Nissan only sells the fuel pump module as a complete entire assembly with pump and sensor and filter and regulator, all in one.

But there is also a second fuel level sensor on the driver side of the tank. So you need to diagnose which one is bad (if any) so that you know if you are replacing the fuel pump module on the passenger side, or the level sensor on the driver side. Replacing the entire fuel pump module on the passenger side of the tank will not help if the problem is the level sensor on the driver side.

I get a higher pitch wine from my fuel pumps after long days at the track. But no issues from that. Course all sorts of things happen after long track days.
