Wait til the last day of the month and low ball the sh!t out of them. Almost all dealers work on monthly quotas and will sell for almost no profit to get another sold that month. That's what I did and stole it. Book value was $32-33k at that time.
As far as mods, intake, exhaust, and uprev probably best bang the buck. Swift springs and spacers make the stance nice too. Hope this helps you become a Z owner, good luck! ...I'm not a big fan of the 2013 exterior changes.
Thanks alot for the feedback! You are right on the money with buying at the end of the month!

Right now a brand new 370Z Sport package with NAV out the door prices around $43-45K in Canada, so the 2013 being at $35K is pretty good.

Ideally I would like to get the 2013 for $33-34K all in or the 2012 for $31ish.
