so since these two pulleys together make the same power as the stillen by its self, would it be safe to assume that if i get the stillen crank pulley and the NST alternator pulley then it'll make even more power?

That is a good question!

And in theory... there may be a 1/2 to 1 HP difference there. I would imagine the difference would not be noticeable by anyone... nor would the increase in price be justified by most.

But we can see some wanting to go that route, which is why we offer our Overdrive Alternator Pulley for sale separately for those who may want to.

Good luck and have fun with all your projects!

What does the 7AFE pulley kit come with? Is it just the underdrive crank pulley?
Does the crank pulley come with a damper? and how safe is this pulley to use on a an engine that makes over 200HP?

One more thing... could you e-mail me a pic of the actual pulley to supersnake500@yahoo.com that you are selling. Thanks and sorry for being a pain and asking so many questions?

The crank pulley is the only pulley offered for the 7AFE, it does not have a rubber damper in it, and we have never heard of any NST customers report any engine problems when using our pulleys.

Pictures are listed on our website, and we have less than a handful of these pulleys in stock. Once they are gone, they will no longer be available due to a very very low amount of demand from the community for this pulley.

Please hurry if you are seriously interested.

Thanks for your prompt response. Will be ordering one soon.
Here in South Africa there alot of 7AGE's moddified motors running in our streets and the guys are crazy for more horsepower. That is one item you should be stocking up on. Once they find out that the NST pulley is working, you are gonna have a lot of orders to contend with.

Any new reviews, feedback, or comments from recent 370Z NST Pulley owners would be greatly appreciated.
I know there are a good number of you out there, we would love to hear your feedback.

Good luck and have fun with all your projects everyone!!!

I'd be interested, but I'm still concerned about belt issues in the long run. So I'm sorta playing the waiting game... any gray ones left?

Yes, red and gray kits are in stock.
Belts are usually only about $25 to $30, you only need one belt, and each one is usually good for about 40K to 50K miles.

If you install both pulleys, Gates Belt K070786 fits perfectly.

Much appreciated. How's the fun factor in the higher gears (i.e., downshift to 2nd or 3rd and noticed slight lag... even worse with A/C on)? This is probably the most I'll mess with besides ECU tweak to further improve throttle response.

Most of our customers have reported much better throttle response through the entire RPM range, leading to smoother upshifting and more precise downshifting, due to the fact that rev-matching becomes easier with a more responsive engine.

Our 370 kit has been one of our most popular new kits and customers seem to love the benefits!
